Disclosure of compensation
This is a paid advertisement. MAX Power has engaged X Media to provide investor awareness and marketing services, including a YouTube science-media campaign, an email marketing campaign, a media campaign and a public relations campaign across various digital and media platforms. As compensation, the Company agreed to pay X Media a cash fee of US$500,000, payable as to US$250,000 on execution and US$250,000 within 60 days of the agreement date, for an initial term of six months commencing June 8, 2026, automatically renewing for successive three-month terms unless either party gives one month’s notice of non-renewal. No options or other securities of the Company form part of X Media’s compensation. The Company disclosed this engagement in its news release of June 9, 2026. This compensation constitutes a material conflict of interest and means this content is inherently biased and is not objective journalism.
The sponsored videos
The sponsored videos about MAX Power on the How To Survive, Aperture and What If YouTube channels were produced by Underknown Inc. (“Underknown”), the producer of those channels. Underknown was engaged by X Media, through Underknown’s representative agency GPOP Inc., to produce and publish the videos as part of the YouTube science-media campaign described above, and X Media paid the fees for the videos out of the compensation described above. Each video was produced on behalf of the Company and is an advertisement, not independent editorial content. All technical, operational, financial and market statements about the Company in the videos are those of the Company and are drawn from its public disclosure. X Media has not conducted an independent investigation of the Company, its management or its properties.
Share ownership
The owner of X Media owns shares of this featured company and therefore has an additional incentive to see the featured company’s stock perform well.
